Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped out.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important Notes:
- Custom-order or personalized items are non-refundable.
- If the return is caused by customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost will depend on the courier you choose.
- If the return is caused by our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), GleamingRide will cover the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank as there may be processing delays.
